At around 12:00 noon today, a 4-year-old child and a woman in her 60s, a grandmother, were swept away by waves while playing in the water at Jangsa Beach in Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Hearing the cries for help, four foreign men who were bathing nearby came to the rescue.
